I want to thank you for your excellent service when I needed the shower pump looked at. You told me to come right in and your husband began working on it right then. I was so happy because it was so important to me to have it. You gave me the option to buy a new one or see if my pump was repairable and I appreciated that.
Also, the extra long shower hose and the faucet adapter worked out perfect.
I am a caregiver for my sister, she is a tetraplegic. We have been using the FAWSsit shower for about 13 years. It has made my job as a caregiver so much easier to give my sister a shower. Without it, we would have to do bed baths because our bathroom does not have enough space to get her in the shower. It would be impossible unless we renovated the bathroom which would be very expensive.
My sister just loves it. She feels safe and comfortable using it.
